DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.99
- Free Shipping: On all orders of $100 or more (2+ bottles)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at: 📩 info.pepticube@gmail.com
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Pepticure is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing
- P.O. Box delivery is available for Standard Shipping only
- We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to prevent theft or damage
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
